15-gallon kegs with a 4" tri clamp top + 1.5" tri clamp bottom drain too, if you’re into that sort of thing.

A 4” hole is helpful, I’ve found a 6” more useful.

I dropped a 1/2” compression ferrule into a keg with a 4” top on it today and I almost couldn’t retrieve it.

I wouldn’t call my forearms large, but 4” is a tight fit.
