I am wondering what everyone is using if they log temperature.

I am going to try to add a couple temp sensors to MK-901p setup discussed here:

I’ve been using RTDs in the past, but it seems like they aren’t used much for this application.

I think all of my thermocouples are K type, but it looks like T type may be a better fit. K is more general purpose.

I am currently reading the thermocouple with a MAX31850.
