Was curious on the compatibility of the Edwards Gas Needle Valve that has same OD as VTA needle valve, does anybody know if the ID is the same so it can seal with the gasket?

This is a little too vague for anyone to give a direct answer…but deep vacuum systems are generally KF fittings/flanged (also sometimes referred to as NW). I imagine that both the VTA and Edwards components rely heavily on KF-25 and KF-16 flanges, so as long as you have a KF-25 to KF-16 adapter around you probably can make anything work. You’ll maybe want to pick up some extra KF-16 centering rings/clamps and KF-25 centering rings/clamps as well.
