Edwards 40 - Inlet connection question.

Hey Guys,

I have an Edwards 40 and I’m not sure what I need to connect my valve to the intake. Can I just connect it with a centering ring? Does anyone know what piece I need to connect these is called? The inlet is KF40.

@randlerimper Thanks, is there a centering ring beneath the tube or a gasket?

@sonomasep That won’t work for me, I’m going kf 40 to the cold trap.

generally, larger the bore, the better the flow and less residual holdup.

the kf40 gasket has a built in centering ring.

Update: for anyone else that needs to mount to their Edwards pump, this is the correct product to use (requires a centering ring!)
