Hi everyone,
My first post hopefully this is the right place for it. But I just got a call from my dry ice company letting me know they can no longer get me dry ice for the time being because all the plants are closed due to the lack of oil production. Anyone else hear this? I’m located in California.

I heard something similar in sacramento. There’s supposedly nobody to drive the tankers full of co2 so dry ice production has slowed. As of right now Barnes welding supply is charging $75 fee for 500# bin.
No problems so far in Michigan. Our ice is supposed to get here today or tomorrow. We’ll see what happens
