Does the CBD water soluble powder you guys use or make leave traces of oil floating on the top of the liquid after it dissolves?
I received a sample and the powder only dissolves in warm to hot water and after it dissolves you can see tiny oil spots along the surface.

They did not toll it into water soluble… all they did was pour melted isolate or distillate on a plating agent.

Not good water soluble if you see oil in the liquid.
