Diffusion cooling for Ulvac ULK-04A

Sooo I purchased an Ulvac ULK-04A for use on a 6" Pope with a Cacajen CRV-36 (22CFM) as a backing pump.
I’m getting great vacuum depth, BUT, I’ve been using a Julabo Corio200F (which has chilling capabilities) as my circulator for the condenser coil on the diffusion pump–and damn if that baby just ain’t keeping up.
Necessary temp range for operation is 19-25C, and though I’ll start at 17C eventually the Julabo fluid (ive tried both plain water and 50/50 water/PG) keeps gaining temp and breaches that 25C high limit, at a rate of around 1C/min.

does anyone have experience with these particular diffusion pumps, and/or can recommend a more ideal chilling unit, and/or could refer me to existing posts with this info? (ive searched to no avail).
thanks y’all

I spoke with a manufacturer for the ULK-06A about a year ago and if I remember correctly they recommended 2KW of cooling at 20C for that unit. Looking at what you have its cooling at 20C is 0.22KW so you will probably want to upgrade to something larger.

HELL yeah that is so goddamn helpful thank you friend!!!
