Unfortunately not, our law doesn’t see a difference between isomers.
And concentrates are considered harddrugs over here.

U will get as much jail time manufacturing d8, as if one would make mdma for example. Where the market is mich bigger for here in the netherlands so who make it try to make high d9. Since punishment is the same over here.
