Crystallization fail questions

ran fresh frozen material from -40 freezer packed in sockes. solvent is only at -5 (i know not cold enough) and we ran about 6 runs 12,000 grams roughly each run. extracing with iron fist ex 40. poored into jars and waited about an hour and a half . jars were about a third full. capped them and put them in oven at 75 f. after about an hour they started foaming up like a muffin in the jar.is this from capping to late and its too saturated or capping to early and having to much pressure?? or neither? thanks for the help homies.

Sounds like they weren’t ready for the oven yet too much solvent. Pressure most likely caused seal to break so jars started purging off like normal. Make sure lid can be tightened and holds pressure for a couple hours before adding additional heat.
