I had this issue too, took over a month to ship out a couple liters. Multiple follow ups, I finally got the order though.

I wonder what has changed. They used to overnight your order within 24-48 hours for a good 2+ years while I was working with them. And then one of the sales reps shorted an order I placed by $400 worth of product and he kept the money and so I never inquired ever again. Spent multiple tens of thousands with MCN. And then my customer data was sold or shared with Bucanna (partner to MCN?) and nobody would ever resolve my last order so I never placed an order with them again. But orders never took as long as what y’all are currently describing these days, they used to be quick on the turnaround.
