CBD isolation: why is my solution fully sugaring up?

Hello everyone!

I’ve been having something strange happening during isolation

I super-saturate my solvent in a 2:1 ratio disti:pentane or hexane. It works fine but lately have been running into a problem. My whole solution fully sugars up, solvent and all, and there isn’t a proper separation.

Any idea on why this happens? Is it because it is being cooled too fast?

Thank you all for your help.

What temps are You using ?
Is the hexane or pentameter clean When starting
Hexane When used in vegetabel extraction Where there is moisture involved When evaporated a ratio of 20/1 of hexane evaporates and 1 water You don t see iT unless You Ad a coloring agent but the water is at the bottom of your bottle
Might be a reason
