If I understand correctly, it’s difficult to get past the 15% mark, as the cannabinoids lose their miscability?
Depending on the process yes, most use sonication. Extrusion is a bit more effective. Im sure if you raised the emulsifie to water ratio you can increase cannabinoid volume in the water but it would lose clarity/taste worse than it already does.
Not necessarily, I’ve made 20% powders (and still do) that still maintain their potency. The drying process is just tricky to dial in.
Just get a Spray Dryer - if its feasible.
