There’s a San Diego company doing CBD kombucha, don’t remember the name though
There’s people in Portland doing it too. Oregonic tonic, they’re always giving away free samples at all the hemp conventions. I think there’s someone making a THC version too but i can’t find them.
I just made a comment about this yesterday actually.
I add cannabis derived terpenes during fermentation. It is outstanding. I am interested in bringing it to the market with someone.

My wife makes a ton of kombucha. ginger and yuzu is the shit. A guy I cook with makes one we call cannabooch hooch. All the goodies stick to the walls of the bottles, but the flavor is there. The wife’s is way tastier.
Really good kombucha doesn’t need the weed in it, it needs the weed alongside it.
But if y’all do it, think about shit like honeysuckle, and orange blossoms.
