The margins are slim, purchasing prefilled carts wholesale doesn’t seem like a particularly lucrative endeavor.
Where and how one obtains said wholesale carts depends where you are and which rules you’re playing by.
So you might want to explain wtf you are and if you’re playing in a regulated environment.
Or posting a WTB in the classifieds
