Ya gonna gibe the cotton a try, i just feel like the dust gets thru 5 micron even after being washed.

use ethanol and then dry in vac oven. Fuckers are dusty AF tho even after washing so we stopped doing it and just filter the solvent/solvate through a 0.22 micron filter on the liquid side to catch any sieve dust that made it to the solvent tanks.

Why is it important to use hemispherical caps? Is it to kind of point the flow to the exit so it doesn’t all just reflux on the flat cap?
