True. Chances are if they dont know this then they dont know what the term isomerization means so he wouldnt know what your talking about anyway. Haha

Hello Zreikmiester,
We have been suppling carbon lenticular modules to customers looking to remove color without any feedback of removing terpenes, or at least at a level where its causing issues. Let us know if we can help. Thanks, gregh@heyesfilters.com

This was 3 years ago. I’m way passed putting stuff in a boiling flask, yet alone using an SPD. Was just sharing knowledge :kissing_heart:

I know it causes isomerization delta9-delta8 in most cases, I’m curious as to what compound can help clean it up outside of cake filtering? Any suggestions?

If AC is put in the BF isomerization risk as well, I’m running 2 liters tomorrow I cant risk that.

I looked up bentonite, it’s one of the compounds in the bleaching clay

ac will isomerize d9 to d8

Yeah I know that, any suggestions for bleaching that can avoid that

There is NO powder that can go in the bf without risk
Best bet disolve first pass distillate in a alkane and pass treu a puck of bento
,Activated alumina or Magsil

Reduced amounts help

In the boiling flask will create Delta-8. Use it during your chromatography/winterization process. We use it in our CLS to skip a step.

My thermowell adapter got seized :c
Its fixed now. Here’s the pictures I promised.
