Best economy Pump for Vacuum Oven?

Is a diaphragm pump the best choice for vacuum ovens, like maybe a Welch Dryfast?

I need a better pump for my oven, and for my rotovap. Unless there is some kind of cool forked a valved fitting so one pump can do both, I may need to pick up two pumps it seems, and at $3000, two Welch Dryfasts aren’t going to work at this time.

Any suggestions on how to budget said needs? Thanks!

Well wouldn’t something more like a Welch DuoSeal be a better choice? Maybe have a cold trap between your rotovap? If you’re running multiple Vacuum Ovens and Rotary Evaporators you could also manifold them easier with a DuoSeal… I think. I don’t own one so I’m just speculating.
