If you applied for or received your intial OMMA business license before August 30, 2019, and your renewal application has been rejected for failure to meet the 2-year/5-year residency requirements, please submit your application.
That’s how it was our first renewal for one of the processing licenses. Shit took 2 months and we were denied due to recent changes and given 30 days to fix and reapply then it took another 35-40 days for that one to be approved. If the regs havent changed, as long as they are within the timeframes at any stage of the renewal process they won’t be on the list but can continue slangin.
Our renewal date on our certificate was 3/22/21. Paperwork was for was in the fall of 2020, I think. We were listed as activated the whole time. Got the certificate in the mail last week…they are so unorganized…lol
Mine expired 8/19/21. 30 days in advance is as far ahead as they allow. I submitted 7/22/21. Still in submitted status. Our dispensary renewals have taken up to 3 months. OMMA couldn’t find their asses with both hands and flashlight.
They just kicked it back today for bylaws that they’ve approved on 7 other licenses we have. Clusterf_ck. I guess that’s one way to get it off your desk.
We had to revise the signature page and date it within 30 days and resubmit. Just did it.
