I was lucky, when i started growing I only had the option to use my friends, mother’s spare room but she didnt want any mess from soil or pots and she didnt want me going there every day. ( at the time where i lived, growing was a big thing and the police would pay informants )
To combat her concerns I started in NFT. Still to this day it is rare to see people growing in NFT. normally is DWC or flood and drain.
Here in spain i grow in soil, i have given " terra " 5 years of my life … I hate it lol… As soon as i get my new house i will import NFT trays from the UK.
At the time of the pictures posted I did not realise the standard of which i was growing. I assumed it was normal and everyones grow would be similar … lolo
