Another rotoball question

So in the past I’ve asked questions about our rotoball.

Basically we dunk 50lbs of trim into 40 gallons of ethanol at -25c. I know we need it to be colder, we are getting a new regulator for out freezer. After the dunk we filter with a horizontal press filter, it has 4 plates, we use 14 micron filters between those plates. Then we charcoal untill its highlighter orange.

We winterize it in our freezer for 2 days. We then run it threw four .45 filters.

We then rotovap the wash with a 20 liter rotovap.

In the past we had water solubles, because of this forum we learned we had to clay bleach the wash. That works.

Now we are getting a hard pink plastic like substances that sticks to the ball. It takes 4 hours of scrubbing, and heat gun it untill its clean. Also out crude has chunky stuff in it.

We need help to find out how to get rid of this pink stuff.

My theory is, maybe the chiller has a liquid in it we do not know about, that needs changing. Another theory is that the intake hose of the rotovap, is turning milky gray, maybe the plastic is wearing off and ending up in the ball?

If anyone has any ideas on how to prevent this please help!!

Got any pictures of the pink stuff?
