May be looking for a spoon to be fed with but I used that search bar and couldn’t find any solid info on how to buffer your pH after a column. One person I talked to said sodium bicarbonate in the boiling flask after an acid LLE. If this is the case how much would I use v/v? Is there any other ways to adjust pH, and or test the pH of the pentane solution?
